Meet the Founder: Sue Jones
Sue Jones is the founder and lead consultant of Jones Healthcare Solutions. With over 40 years of leadership experience across multiple sectors of the healthcare system, Sue brings deep expertise in process improvement, education, facilitation, knowledge translation and implementation and strategic leadership.
As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt,
and certified instructor for ACLS, BLS, and Neonatal Resuscitation, Sue
blends clinical knowledge with practical quality improvement methods.
She’s known for helping organizations:

• Develop and implement strategic plans
• Build strong, collaborative environments
• Measure the impact of changes effectively through Key Performance Indicators
and continuous feedback
